Since our customers entrust us with their company image, we create loose-leaf binders, index tabs, vinyl pockets, swatch headers and sample books with quality testing imbedded throughout the manufacturing process. Rings & Spines
Ring mechanisms used for our products are available in sizes from a ½” – 4” capacity. Note that the size of the ring mechanism required for your binder depends on the type of paper stock used inside your binder and the number of pages. The width of the spine is determined by the ring size needed, not a specific number of pages.

Rings are available in round, straight D or angle D shaped mechanisms with a nickel finish. They can also be customized with a colored finish.

Sheet Sizes
The size of the paper or products to be inserted in a binder determines the binder’s dimensions. Standard 11” X 8 ½” and 8 ½ X 5 ½ paper is easily accommodated. We also offer A4 binders that hold 11.69” X 8.267” European sized paper. Binders can be customized for other sheet sizes as needed. When specifying binder sizes, the length of the paper edge to be bound is listed as the first dimension and the width is listed as the second dimension. Please note that all of our binders are designed to accommodate index tabs with a ½" extension.

Printing, Debossing & Foil Stamping For a glamorous look or photography on a vinyl binder, 4-color process printing is done on vinyl sheeting. Screen-printing provides colorful graphics when you wish to use just a few colors. Debossing creates a 3-dimensional look to a graphic element on your binder, such as a logo or line drawing. Foil Stamping imparts a shiny or burnished metallic graphic stamped onto your binder

Custom Vinyl Ring Binders
	Materials:Vinyl over paperboard. Foam padding available.
	Construction: Vinyl with heat sealed edges. All sheet sizes and ring capacities.
	Notes:Vinyl may be printed with 4-color process printing, screen printing, or may have debossing, or foil stamping applied

Clear View Ring Binders
	Materials:Clear vinyl pocket on front, spine and/or back cover
	Construction: Designed so you can insert your own printed front, spine and/or back cover
	Notes: Reusable for different projects.

Encapsulated/Embedment Vinyl Ring Binders
	Materials:8 pt. Clear vinyl
	Construction: Printed sheets or lithos are permanently embedded under clear vinyl
	Notes: May be embedded on front, spine, and/or back cover

Turned-Edge/ Case Bound Ring Binders
	Materials:Cloth or paper backed materials
	Construction: Material is glued to the outside of the binder and edges are carefully turned. The binder is lined on the inside with paper or cloth
	Notes: Very durable. May be screen-printed, or foil stamped.

Litho Wrap Ring Binders
	Materials:4/C litho with a film laminate
	Construction: The litho sheets are applied to the binder using the same process as a turned- edge binder
	Notes: Works well with high resolution graphics or photography

Poly Ring Binders
	Materials:Polyethylene in different gauges
	Construction: Available in standard sheet sizes and ring capacities
	Notes: Most durable for hard use. May be screen-printed or foil stamped.

Vinyl Standard or Junior Legal Portfolios
	Materials:Vinyl over paperboard Padding available
	Construction:  Vinyl with heat sealed edges. Holds either 11 X 8 ½ pad or 8 X 5 pad.
	Notes: Vinyl may be printed with 4-color process printing, screen printing or may have debossing, or foil stamping applied.

Poly Index Tabs
	Materials: Polyethylene
	Construction:   Entire index sheet and tab are made from plastic
	Notes: Most durable index tabs

Index Tabs
	Materials: Mylar reinforcing over 90# white index
	Construction:  Reinforcing strip is applied to the drilled edge and tab extensions
	Notes: Mylar tabs available in standard colors or neons
